Pirate Ship Cruise

Our last day on vacation we went on a pirate ship cruise for the kiddos.  It was complete with a lesson in "pirate language", swords, face painting, a treasure hunt, and finding Stinky Pete.  The kids loved it! They crew did a great job keeping it fun and entertaining for the kids as well.

My Favorite Place In the World

I wish I lived on the beach-ok, maybe not right on it, but a block or so away wouldn't be so bad!  There is something so peaceful and astonishing about this huge sea of water that God created.  I love it!  I was shocked my son liked it so much because he is a very cautious little boy and doesn't even get his head wet during bath time.  But he loved it-which made it more special!  Here are a few from our beach time with cousins.  Only a couple more posts until I am caught up-hah!  :)

A Day at the Park

While on vacation we found a very cool park and the kids went crazy!  It was the perfect place for the kids to get some energy out.  :)

Pool Time

Other than the beach, my favorite place to be is next to (or in) the pool!  I could live by the water (poolside or oceanside) for the rest of my life and be extremely happy!  For now, I will enjoy my friends', and mama's pool, and the ocean when I get the chance to go.  :)   Here are some photos from our fun times in the pool while on vacation.  

Unfortunately, my poor baby got sick the first day we were there.   He ended up with a fever for almost 24 hours and wasn't quite right.  Maybe too much sun, but thankfully, he woke up better the next day.  :)
